Personally

A proud husband, father and grandfather, who holds family to be paramount and who used to struggle with work/life balance. I believe you get what you give; and that we all need, deserve and get both good and bad luck. Other interests include High Altitude trekking, 100k Ultras, Skiing and Chess. Have been a Karate, ski and swimming instructor in days gone by. Creaking now though.

Professionally:

Commercial experience to CEO level, and Director level in Sales and in Purchasing, in the Tech, Manufacturing and Service industries. I'm the  founder of Warner Training & Consultancy (WTC), an organisation established in 1997. The focus of my work is developing excellence in the areas of Sales, Negotiation, and Leadership skills and competencies. I have successfully created, developed and delivered workshops and seminars for many of the world’s leading organisations around the globe - at all levels from new hire to CEO. And for SMEs too. Such initiatives have often included pre- and post-work, ROI assessment and Integrated Follow-Up. Probably best known by my clients for getting the full engagement of workshop participants by making content applicable to them and their job objectives. And fun too!
